﴿ أَفَمَنْ حَقَّ عَلَيْهِ كَلِمَةُ ٱلْعَذَابِ أَفَأَنتَ تُنقِذُ مَن فِى ٱلنَّارِ ﴾

“On the other hand, could one on whom [God’s] sentence of suffering has been passed [be rescued by man]? Couldst thou, perchance, save one who is [already, as it were,] in the fire?”

أي: أفمن وجبت عليه كلمة العذاب باستمراره على غيه وعناده وكفره، فإنه لا حيلة لك في هدايته، ولا تقدر تنقذ من في النار لا محالة.
