Taa-Haa • AR-TAFSIR-IBN-KATHIR
﴿ إِلَّا تَذْكِرَةًۭ لِّمَن يَخْشَىٰ ﴾
“but only as an exhortation to all who stand in awe [of God]:”
وهو ذكر أنزل الله فيه حلاله وحرامه.
