Ghafir • AR-TAFSIR-IBN-KATHIR
﴿ هُدًۭى وَذِكْرَىٰ لِأُو۟لِى ٱلْأَلْبَٰبِ ﴾
“as a [means of] guidance and a reminder for those who were endowed with insight:”
وهي العقول الصحيحة السليمة.
