Al-Haaqqa • AR-TAFSIR-IBN-KATHIR
﴿ تَنزِيلٌۭ مِّن رَّبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
“[it is] a revelation from the Sustainer of all the worlds.”
