Al-Burooj • AR-TAFSIR-IBN-KATHIR
﴿ وَٱللَّهُ مِن وَرَآئِهِم مُّحِيطٌۢ ﴾
“but all the while God encompasses them [with His knowledge and might] without their being aware of it.”
أي هو قادر عليهم قاهر لا يفوتونه ولا يعجزونه.
