﴿ وَقَالُوا۟ رَبَّنَا عَجِّل لَّنَا قِطَّنَا قَبْلَ يَوْمِ ٱلْحِسَابِ ﴾

“As it is, they say [mockingly]: “O our Sus­tainer! Hasten on to us our share [of punishment even] before the Day of Reckoning!””

وقالوا: ربنا عجِّل لنا نصيبنا من العذاب في الدينا قبل يوم القيامة، وكان هذا استهزاءً منهم.
