Ghafir • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ إِذِ ٱلْأَغْلَٰلُ فِىٓ أَعْنَٰقِهِمْ وَٱلسَّلَٰسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ ﴾
“when they shall have to carry the shackles and chains [of their own making] around their necks,”
