Qaaf • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ تَبْصِرَةًۭ وَذِكْرَىٰ لِكُلِّ عَبْدٍۢ مُّنِيبٍۢ ﴾
“thus offering an insight and a reminder unto every human being who willingly turns unto God.”
