Al-Qamar • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ تَجْرِى بِأَعْيُنِنَا جَزَآءًۭ لِّمَن كَانَ كُفِرَ ﴾
“and it floated under Our eyes: a recompense for him who had been rejected with ingratitude.”
