Al-Qamar • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ وَكُلُّ صَغِيرٍۢ وَكَبِيرٍۢ مُّسْتَطَرٌ ﴾
“and everything [that man does], be it small or great, is recorded [with God].”
