Al-Qalam • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ عُتُلٍّۭ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ زَنِيمٍ ﴾
“[or] one who is cruel, by greed possessed, and, in addition to all this, utterly useless [to his fellow-men].”
