Al-Mursalaat • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱرْكَعُوا۟ لَا يَرْكَعُونَ ﴾
“and when they are told, "Bow down [before God]", do not bow down:”
