Al-Fajr • BN-TAFSEER-IBN-E-KASEER
﴿ ٱلَّذِينَ طَغَوْا۟ فِى ٱلْبِلَٰدِ ﴾
“[It was they] who transgressed all bounds of equity all over their lands,”
