﴿ فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَنَجَّيْنَٰهُ وَمَن مَّعَهُۥ فِى ٱلْفُلْكِ وَجَعَلْنَٰهُمْ خَلَٰٓئِفَ وَأَغْرَقْنَا ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا ۖ فَٱنظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلْمُنذَرِينَ ﴾

“And yet they gave him the lie! And so We saved him and all who stood by him, in the ark, and made them inherit [the earth], the while We caused those who gave the lie to Our messages to drown: behold, then, what happened in the end to those people who had been warned [in vain]!”

অবশেষে তারা তার প্রতি মিথ্যারোপ করল; ফলে আমরা তাকে ও তার সঙ্গে যারা নৌকাতে ছিল তাদেরকে নাজাত দিলাম এবং তাদেরকে স্থলাভিষিক্ত করি। আর যারা আমাদের আয়াতসমূহে মিথ্যারোপ করেছিল তাদেরকে নিমজ্জিত করলাম। কাজেই দেখুন, যাদেরকে সতর্ক করা হয়েছিল তাদের পরিণাম কি হয়েছিল?
