﴿ لِّيُعَذِّبَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ وَٱلْمُنَٰفِقَٰتِ وَٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ وَٱلْمُشْرِكَٰتِ وَيَتُوبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ ۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورًۭا رَّحِيمًۢا ﴾

“[And so it is] that God imposes suffering on the hypocrites, both men and women, as well as on the men and women who ascribe divinity to aught beside Him. And [so, too, it is] that God turns in His mercy unto the believing men and believing women: for God is indeed much-forgiving, a dispenser of grace!”

পরিণামে আল্লাহ কপট পুরুষ ও কপট নারী এবং অংশীবাদী পুরুষ ও অংশীবাদী নারীকে শাস্তি দেবেন এবং বিশ্বাসী পুরুষ ও বিশ্বাসী নারীর তওবা কবুল করবেন। [১] আর আল্লাহ চরম ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু। [১] এ বাক্যের সম্পর্ক 'বহন করল'-এর সাথে। অর্থাৎ, মানুষকে উক্ত আমানতের যিম্মেদার বানাবার উদ্দেশ্য এই যে, যাতে মুনাফিক ও মুশরিকদের মুনাফিক্বী ও শিরক এবং মু'মিনদের ঈমান প্রকাশ হয়ে যায় এবং সেই অনুসারে তাদেরকে শাস্তি ও প্রতিদান দেওয়া যায়।
