Fussilat • BN-TAFSIR-AHSANUL-BAYAAN
﴿ تَنزِيلٌۭ مِّنَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ﴾
“THE BESTOWAL from on high [of this revelation] issues from the Most Gracious, the Dispenser of Grace:”
(এ) অনন্ত করুণাময়, পরম দয়ালুর নিকট হতে অবতীর্ণ।
