﴿ أَمْ لَهُمْ سُلَّمٌۭ يَسْتَمِعُونَ فِيهِ ۖ فَلْيَأْتِ مُسْتَمِعُهُم بِسُلْطَٰنٍۢ مُّبِينٍ ﴾

“Or have they a ladder by which they could [ascend to ultimate truths and] listen [to what is beyond the reach of human perception]? Let, then, any of them who have listened [to it] produce a manifest proof [of his knowledge]!”

নাকি তাদের কোন সিঁড়ি আছে যাতে আরোহণ করে তারা শ্রবণ করে?[১] থাকলে তাদের সেই শ্রোতা সুস্পষ্ট প্রমাণ উপস্থিত করুক! [১] অর্থাৎ, তারা কি এই দাবী করে যে, সিড়ির মাধ্যমে আকাশে গিয়ে তারাও মুহাম্মাদ (সাঃ)-এর মত ফিরিশতাদের কথা বা তাদের প্রতি প্রত্যাদিষ্ট বাণী শুনে আসে?
