Ash-Shu'araa • EN-AL-JALALAYN
﴿ وَأَنَّهُمْ يَقُولُونَ مَا لَا يَفْعَلُونَ ﴾
“and that they [so often] say what they do not do [or feel]?”
and that they say we do what they do not do? in other words that they lie.
