﴿ قُلْ يُحْيِيهَا ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنشَأَهَآ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍۢ ۖ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلْقٍ عَلِيمٌ ﴾

“Say: “He who brought them into being in the first instance will give them life [once again], seeing that He has full knowledge of every act of creation:”

Say ‘He will revive them Who originated them the first time and He is Knower of all creation of every single creature generally and in detail before and after it has been created —
