As-Saaffaat • EN-AL-JALALAYN
﴿ إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمُخْلَصِينَ ﴾
“excepting only [those who were] God’s true servants;”
— all except God’s delivered servants namely the believers who will be saved from it
