An-Najm • EN-AL-JALALAYN
﴿ وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَضْحَكَ وَأَبْكَىٰ ﴾
“and that it is He alone who causes [you] to laugh and to weep;”
and that it is He Who makes to laugh whomever He will He makes joyous and makes to weep whomever He will He makes him sorrowful
