Al-A'laa • EN-AL-JALALAYN
﴿ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ ﴾
“who creates [every thing], and thereupon forms it in accordance with what it is meant to be,”
Who created and proportioned His creature making it of well-proportioned parts without irregularities
