Al-Inshiqaaq • EN-TAFSIR-AL-TUSTARI
﴿ وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ ﴾
“obeying its Sustainer, as in truth it must;”
And heeds its Lord as it should. That is, it hearkens to its Lord and responds by performing His command, as it is obliged to do.
