﴿ وَأَمَّآ إِذَا مَا ٱبْتَلَىٰهُ فَقَدَرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقَهُۥ فَيَقُولُ رَبِّىٓ أَهَٰنَنِ ﴾

“whereas, whenever He tries him by straitening his means of livelihood, he says, "My Sustainer has disgraced me!"”

But when He tests him and restricts His provision for him�That is, He stints (qatara) His provision for him, �he says, �My Lord has humiliated me� through poverty (faqr). But God says:
