﴿ هُوَ يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ ﴾

“He alone grants life and deals death; and unto Him you all must return.”

(He quickeneth) upon the Resurrection (and giveth death) in the life of this world, (and unto Him ye will be returned) after death.
