﴿ وَلَوْ شَآءَ رَبُّكَ لَءَامَنَ مَن فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ كُلُّهُمْ جَمِيعًا ۚ أَفَأَنتَ تُكْرِهُ ٱلنَّاسَ حَتَّىٰ يَكُونُوا۟ مُؤْمِنِينَ ﴾

“And [thus it is:] had thy Sustainer so willed, all those who live on earth would surely have attained to faith, all of them: dost thou, then, think that thou couldst compel people to believe,”

(And if thy Lord willed) O Muhammad, (all who are in the earth would have believed together) all the disbelievers would have believed. (Wouldst thou (Muhammad) compel men) would you coerce people (until they are believers) to become believers?
