Al-Aadiyaat • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌۭ ﴾
“and to this, behold, he [himself] bears witness indeed:”
(And lo! he is a witness unto that) and Allah records His doing;
