﴿ فَأَمَّا مَن ثَقُلَتْ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ ﴾

“And then, he whose weight [of good deeds] is heavy in the balance”

Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works)) as for him whose good works weigh heavy on his scale; this refers to the believer,
