﴿ يَخَافُونَ رَبَّهُم مِّن فَوْقِهِمْ وَيَفْعَلُونَ مَا يُؤْمَرُونَ ۩ ﴾

“they fear their Sustainer high above them, and do whatever they are bidden to do.”

(They fear their Lord above them) Who is above them on the throne, (and do) i.e. they say (what they are bidden) meaning the angels.
