﴿ وَلَا تَمْشِ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ مَرَحًا ۖ إِنَّكَ لَن تَخْرِقَ ٱلْأَرْضَ وَلَن تَبْلُغَ ٱلْجِبَالَ طُولًۭا ﴾

“And walk not on earth with haughty self-conceit: for, verily, thou canst never rend the earth asunder, nor canst thou ever grow as tall as the mountains!”

(And walk not in the earth exultant) showing haughtiness and arrogance. (Lo! thou canst not rend the earth) by means of your arrogance, (nor canst thou stretch to the height of the hills) nor reach the height of the mountains.
