﴿ ٱذْهَبَآ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّهُۥ طَغَىٰ ﴾

“go forth, both of you, unto Pharaoh: for, verily, he has transgressed all bounds of equity!”

(Go, both of you, unto Pharaoh. Lo! he hath transgressed (the bounds)) he has become arrogant, overweening and a disbeliever.
