﴿ وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ﴾

“But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone – is almighty, a dispenser of grace!”

(And lo! thy Lord) O Muhammad! (He is indeed the Mighty) in retribution against the disbelievers, (the Merciful) towards the believers.
