Ash-Shu'araa • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَمَا تَنَزَّلَتْ بِهِ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينُ ﴾
“And [this divine writ is such a reminder:] no evil spirits have brought it down:”
(The devils) at the time of the Prophet (pbuh) (did not bring it down) did not bring the Qur'an down.
