Ash-Shu'araa • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ قَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ وَمَا رَبُّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
“Said Pharaoh: “And what [and who] is that ‘Sustainer of all the worlds’?””
(Pharaoh said) to Moses: (And what is the Lord of the Worlds) who is the Lord of the Worlds? Is it me you are referring to?
