﴿ فَأَرْسَلَ فِرْعَوْنُ فِى ٱلْمَدَآئِنِ حَٰشِرِينَ ﴾
“And Pharaoh sent heralds unto all cities,”
(Then Pharaoh sent into the cities summoners) he summoned his police force,
