﴿ يَسْتَعْجِلُونَكَ بِٱلْعَذَابِ وَإِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ لَمُحِيطَةٌۢ بِٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ ﴾

“They challenge thee to hasten the coming upon them of [God’s] chastisement: but, verily, hell is bound to encompass all who deny the truth –”

(They bid you) O Muhammad (hasten on the doom) in the life of this world, (when lo! Hell verily will encompass the disbelievers) and gather them all together.
