﴿ هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُصَلِّى عَلَيْكُمْ وَمَلَٰٓئِكَتُهُۥ لِيُخْرِجَكُم مِّنَ ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ ۚ وَكَانَ بِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَحِيمًۭا ﴾

“He it is who bestows His blessings upon you, with His angels [echoing Him], so that He might take you out of the depths of darkness into the light. And, indeed, a dispenser of grace is He unto the believers.”

(He it is Who blesseth you) who forgives you, (and His angels (bless you)) and His angels seek forgiveness for you, (that He may bring you forth from darkness unto light) and He has indeed taken you out of disbelief to faith; (and He is Merciful to the believers) and He is kind to the believers.
