As-Saaffaat • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ رَبِّ هَبْ لِى مِنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ ﴾
“[And he prayed:] “O my Sustainer! Bestow upon me the gift of [a son who shall be] one of the righteous!” –”
Then he said: (My Lord! Vouchsafe me of the righteous) a son who is among the messengers.
