Fussilat • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ تَنزِيلٌۭ مِّنَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ﴾
“THE BESTOWAL from on high [of this revelation] issues from the Most Gracious, the Dispenser of Grace:”
