An-Najm • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ مِن نُّطْفَةٍ إِذَا تُمْنَىٰ ﴾
“out of a [mere] drop of sperm as it is poured forth,”
From a drop (of seed) when it is poured forth) in the womb of the woman; it is also said that this means: when it is created;
