Al-Qamar • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ فَفَتَحْنَآ أَبْوَٰبَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ بِمَآءٍۢ مُّنْهَمِرٍۢ ﴾
“And so We caused the gates of heaven to open with water pouring down in torrents,”
(Then opened We the gates of heaven) for 40 days (with pouring water) with pouring rain.
