Al-Waaqia • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ قُلْ إِنَّ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ وَٱلْءَاخِرِينَ ﴾
“Say: “Verily, those of olden times and those of later times”
(Say) O Muhammad, to the people of Mecca: (Lo! those of old and those of later time
