Al-Waaqia • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ نَحْنُ خَلَقْنَٰكُمْ فَلَوْلَا تُصَدِّقُونَ ﴾
“WE who have created you, [O men:] why, then, do you not accept the truth?”
(We created you) O people of Mecca. (Will ye then admit the Truth) will you then believe in the Messenger?
