Al-Haaqqa • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ تَنزِيلٌۭ مِّن رَّبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
“[it is] a revelation from the Sustainer of all the worlds.”
(It is a revelation) He says: the Qur'an is a revelation to Muhammad (pbuh) (from the Lord of the Worlds.
