Al-Muddaththir • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَكُنَّا نُكَذِّبُ بِيَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ ﴾
“and the Day of Judgment we were wont to call a lie –”
(And we used to deny the Day of Judgement) and we used to say that the Day of Reckoning will never happen,
