﴿ تَظُنُّ أَن يُفْعَلَ بِهَا فَاقِرَةٌۭ ﴾

“knowing that a crushing calamity is about to befall them.”

(Thou wilt know) those faces will know (that some great disaster is about to fall on them) a severe and horrible punishment is about to befall them.
