An-Naba • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ لِّلطَّٰغِينَ مَـَٔابًۭا ﴾
“a goal for all who are wont to transgress the bounds of what is right!”
(A home for the rebellious) a point of return for the disbelievers.
