An-Naazi'aat • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ فَكَذَّبَ وَعَصَىٰ ﴾
“But [Pharaoh] gave him the lie and rebelliously rejected [all guidance],”
(But be denied) and said: this is not from Allah (and disobeyed) he refused the message,
