Abasa • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَآءَ أَنشَرَهُۥ ﴾
“and then, if it be His will, He shall raise him again to life,”
(Then, when He will, He bringeth him again to life) i.e. He will resurrect him from the grave.
