Abasa • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ يَوْمَ يَفِرُّ ٱلْمَرْءُ مِنْ أَخِيهِ ﴾
“on a Day when everyone will [want to] flee from his brother,”
Allah then explained when this will happen, saying: (On the day when a man) the believer (fleeth from his brother) who is a disbeliever
